Melting Moments Chocolate RefundPolicy

 

The Process of refund will be initiated only in Following cases

1) Ordered delivered is either Damaged or in Defective condition in such circumstances, please intimate us with in 48 hours of receiving the product at info@meltingmomentschocolate.com. You have to return the the unused product with proper packing, only after receiving the product we will start the Refund process, but it should be in unused condition.

2) You want to cancel the order, mail us at info@meltingmomentschocolate.com to cancel the order intimate us with in 3 hours of placing an order once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled / returned / refunded.

Once refund process is initiated Refunded will take 30 business days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

 

Cancellations -

In order to expedite the delivery process, we try to ship all orders within the same day or maximum by next day. If you wish to cancel any order, you need to email us at info@meltingmomentschocolate.com within 3 hours of placing the order and we can cancel the order. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and can only be returned / refunded.

For the items delivered by the Company Courier / Indian Speed Post / Registered Post, their respective policies apply.
Melting Moments Chocolate reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason, or the order is returned due to non-delivery.
